I'm indebted to the people of Tamil Nadu, says Jayalalithaa

As party officials greeted her for her historic victory in the 2016 elections, AIADMK General Secretary J Jayalalithaa said she is overwhelmed by the victory and has no words to describe her gratitude.

"After 1984, no ruling party in the State has won to form the government the second time. I'm indebted to the people of Tamil Nadu."

She thanked the party workers and the people who have trust in her. "I intend to show my gratitude through actions after forming the government. At this juncture, I express my gratitude to all workers who had this victory possible."

She vowed to fulfill her promises and continue to strive hard for the betterment of the people.
