The State must have a developmental agenda for itself, according to K. Sasikumar, dean and faculty of the department of commerce, University of Kerala.
He said this while inaugurating the office of the Thiruvananthapuram branch of the Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry here.
He regretted the incapability of the student community to throw up prospective entrepreneurial talents. Quality of commerce students passing out each has suffered though their numbers are impressive enough.
The chamber should seek to address this problem. P.L. Prakash James, president of the chamber, presided over the function. S. Ramakrishnan, secretary, spoke on the occasion.
