IRB Infrastructure Developers announced its profit was up by 16 per cent in the quarter ended March 31, to ₹240 crore against ₹207 crore in the corresponding period last year.
The company’s total income during the quarter fell by 14 per cent to ₹1,432 crore. IRB Infrastructure’s yearly profit increased by 29 per cent to ₹920 crore (₹715 crore in FY17).
“Not only Q4, but the whole of FY18 was stupendous for us at IRB Infra, as it witnessed return of traffic growth, post demonetisation and GST, across projects resulting into robust revenue build-up,” said Virendra D Mhaiskar, Chairman and MD.
IRB Infrastructure reported a revenue of ₹299 crore for Q4 FY18 and a yearly revenue of ₹1,005 crore and declared distribution of ₹174 crore to unit holders, translating into a payout of ₹3 per unit for the quarter and annual rate of ₹12.1 per unit for FY18.
