Student researchers of Jadavpur University and Sikkim University were adjudged best at the first inter-university debate here on Saturday.
In the final round of the debate on the motion: Unlike in the past, Panchsheel will be the key to India-China relations in the 21st Century, Soham Das of Jadavpur University and Biplove Kumar of Silkkim University topped in argumentative speaking skill.
The two runners were Nirjhar Mukherjee of Jadavpur University and Monica Lakandri of Sikkim University. The debate was organised by Observer Research Foundation.
