The Lok Sabha was adjourned for the day minutes after the lower house reassembled at noon. The proceedings of the lower house lasted nearly nine minutes and saw various members table reports of the standing committees on energy, labour, petroleum and natural gas, water resources, chemicals and fertilisers and rural development.
These reports were tabled amidst a din in the lower house as Opposition MPs sought to disrupt proceedings by rushing to the well of the house and shouting slogans on the PNB scam and the need for the Government to bring back diamantaire Nirav Modi back to India.
