The Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre (NPAC) will be setting up an arbitration centre in New Delhi. NPAC was set up in Chennai in 2005.
The NPAC governing council has former Chief Justice of India, Justice M N Venkatachaliah, former Attorney General of India, Soli J Sorabjee, Attorney General of India and Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India, K K Venugopal, former Advisor to the United Nations (FAO), B S Raghavan, Senior Advocate, Bombay High Court, Iqbal Chagla, and former Chief Election Commissioner of India, T S Krishnamurthy.
