Hyderabad Jewellery, Pearl and Gem Fair was inaugurated on Friday at the HITEX exhibition centre where more than 150 exhibitors are taking part in the business to business meet.

Etala Rajender, Finance Minister, Telangana and Yogesh Mudras, Acting Managing Director, UBM India, inaugurated the 8th edition of the three-day (June 5-7) Fair.

This is one of the biggest such gems & jewellery B2B exhibition with participation of jewellery manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, importers, exporters, diamond and gemstone suppliers and representatives from trade and governmental organizations. The event provides a platform for buyers and suppliers to connect, network, exchange ideas, discover upcoming trends and generate business opportunities.

Yogesh Mudras in a statement said, “The Hyderabad Fair, over the years, has become an industry benchmark for trade in the region and this edition will continue to be the South India gateway for markets across the country.”

The exhibitors are showcasing a wide spectrum of merchandise including diamonds, pearls, gemstones, studded jewellery, exquisite South Indian gold jewellery along with the traditional and antique collection of Kundan and Naqash jewellery. Latest machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process and other related products and services were also on display.

Jai Gulab Jewellers, Krizz, Bhindi Jewellers, Thermo Fisher Scientific India, Laxmi Diamonds, Emerald Jewellery Industry India, Fischer Measurement Technologies, Meenakshi Jewellers, Hari Krishna Exports are among taking part at the fair supported by key jewellery associations from South India.
