The city-based Sterling Developers and Pune-based Gera Developments have jointly launched ChildCentric Homes (CCH) in Bangalore.
Gera Developments first introduced the concept of CCH in Pune at their ‘Song of Joy’ project at Kharadi. The company is expanding it to Bangalore and Goa.
‘Joy on the Banks,’ the Bangalore project, is being launched at Varthur in Whitefield. “Sterling Gera Residence is a joint venture between Sterling Developers and Gera Developments,” said Kumar Gera, Chairman, Gera Developments.
Commenting on the partnership, Shankar Sastri, Managing Director, Sterling Developers, said, “We believe the launch of ChildCentric Homes will create a paradigm shift in the real estate for both, the developer as well as the home buyer. We feel we are providing a futuristic solution to the young home buyers of Bangalore.”
