The Cochin Chamber of Commerce and Industry has launched a Conflict Management Cell. It will be a platform to resolve disputes in business out-of-court.
The initiative has been launched in cooperation with the Indian Institute of Arbitration & Mediation and India International ADR Association. In his inaugural address, Justice Jaysankaran Nambiar of the Kerala High Court lauded the Cochin Chamber for this initiative which will support the judiciary by preventing and resolving disputes between organisations.
