YVS Vijay Kumar, Chief Executive Officer of Mahindra First Choice Services (MFCS), said the company launched the app recently and the initial response was good. “We are now in the process of broad-basing the app to include all particulars .” It will be rolled out in the next 2-3 months, he added.
He said it would include car-servicing history, alert when the next service is due, insurance due, brake directory and so on.
Highlighting yet another interesting feature, he said, “Imagine a situation of your car having a flat tyre and you have no previous experience of replacing a punctured tyre. With this app’s step-by-step descriptive instruction, you will be able to complete the task without waiting for the mobile service van to come to your aid.”
