Ford India on Thursday opened a parts distribution centre, its fourth, here. The new centre in the city comes after Chennai, Mumbai and Delhi. The 3,200 sq m facility, closer to the dealer network, would improve parts availability and shorten time for delivery to dealers in East and north-eastern region. The region, a rapidly growing market for Ford India, is served by 28 dealers.
