Realty player Logix Group has announced the launch of its new ₹1,000-crore project – Logix City Centre – in Noida.

Spread across six acres, Logix City Centre will have over seven lakh square feet of retail and entertainment and over four lakh sq ft of corporate towers, apart from hotels.

“The total cost of the project is ₹1,000 crore, out of which, ₹600 crore has been spent on the mall. The mall will be ready by the festive season,” said Shakti Nath, CMD of Logix Group. He added that about 75 per cent of the mall had already been leased out.

The group has tied up with Shoppers Stop for its hypermarket chain ‘Hypercity’ and PVR for a 15-screen multiplex. It has also signed up with Westin Hotel and Hilton Garden Inn to open in the premises, and will have a dedicated area called ‘Destination Couture’ for fashion designers.

Nath added, “This will be attractive for fashion designers as we will offer them reasonable rentals compared to Delhi, and also as most of their factories are located in Noida.”
