Federation of Karnataka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI) in association with ICSI Bangalore Chapter will hold a one-day seminar on Companies Act 2013 on May 2 at Hotel Le Meridien, Bangalore. The inaugural session will be addressed by M J Joseph, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi.
