Nitesh Estates Ltd has launched ‘Nitesh Palo Alto’ a Rs 400-crore villaments project on the Sarjapur-Marathalli Ring Road.
The project offers 251 villaments in three and four bedroom duplexes, spread across 12 acres and are priced at Rs 1.9 crore to Rs 3 crore.
