Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways Oscar Fernandes has been given additional charge of the Ministry of Labour and Employment, following the passing away of Sis Ram Ola, a release from the President’s Secretariat said. Earlier, President Pranab Mukherjee condoled the passing away of Ola, a veteran Congress leader from Rajasthan. Mukherjee recalled the particular attention that the departed leader paid to education of girls and protection of the environment in his State.
