The ninth edition of TechTop-2014, a national innovation contest for budding engineers, has begun at the Mar Baselios College of Engineering and Technology here. PH Kurian, Principal Secretary-IT, inaugurated the two-day event. Thirteen projects on health, travel, agriculture and rural cuisine are on display.
