Andhra Pradesh Government is launching `Indra Dhannassu’ scheme on Tuesday to ensure complete immunisation of children in the State.
As part of the scheme, 25,457 children from Visakhapatnam, 33,028 from East Godavari, 40,817 from Krishna, 30,824 from Guntur and 27,898 from Kurnool will get vaccinated.
Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu had directed the officials to take up the programme and also create awareness about the immunisation programme in the districts where it will be implemented, according to a release.
