Malayalam satellite entertainer channel Asianet has lined up a ‘rich and varied’ fare for the Onam festival week next week.
The penultimate ‘Uthradam’ day on Tuesday will see three feature films Killadi Raman,Nayika and Casinova premiere on Asianet.
A close-up of star couple Bhagya Raj and Poornima, titled Bhagyapoornima will be another attraction.
UTHRADAM DAY
Uthradam day would also feature Onam celebrations by young artistes and technicians of new-generation movies such as Puthumakalude Pookkalam as also a family game show Vismayathumbathu by Gopinath Muthukad.
Programming on the main ‘Thiruvonam’ day on Wednesday will start with an exclusive interview with popular actor couple Jayaram and Parvathy.
Feature films Spanish Masala,Beautiful and Oru Marubhumi Kadha will premiere the same day.
An exclusive interview with mega star Mammootty with son Dulkkar; chat with popular actor Dilip; and interview with super star Mohan Lal are other highlights.
AVITTOM DAY
Also on show will be an interview with Carnatic musician Dakshinamoorthy Swami; comedy skit Maveli Vs Maveli ; game show Onaradham and special programmes such as Onanilavu and Onapattukal .
‘Avittom,’ the day-after, will bring films Asuravithu and Christian Brothers . Interview with popular actress/singer Sruthi Hassan and a game show Pachadi Kichadi Aviyaluthoran will be other attractions.
Movies Madhuchandralekha and Bodyguard are scheduled for Chathayam Day on Friday. Comedy programme De Maveli Kombathu too will be aired the same day.
ASIANET PLUS
Pay channel Asianet Plus will stream interviews with cine stars Biju Menon, Indrajith , Jayasurya and Samvritha.
The bouquet of programmes also include comedy shows; music programmes; review of Onam films; shopping game show Shoppers Hunt ; musical event Dakshina ; Onam with Star Kids ; and super-hit movies.
Movie channel Asianet Movies will air star interviews, apart from super hit movies and variety fare.
