The first edition of Women Entrepreneurs Empowerment Expo, organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry - Indian Women Network (CII-IWN) is slated between December 7 and 9 at the Codissia Trade Fair Complex here.
S Malarvizhi, Vice-Chairperson, CII-IWN (Tamil Nadu) and Expo Chair, told reporters that the three-day event is aimed at encouraging business collaboration, entrepreneurship and the importance of leadership amongst the womenfolk.
Over 100 entrepreneurs with cutting-edge brands owned by women entrepreneurs will feature in the expo. “It will help the women network with one-another, identify new business avenues, create awareness about branding and marketing and take their ventures to greater heights,” she said.
