One worker was killed after a fire broke out at Shasun Pharmaceuticals’ Cuddalore API facility on Monday. According to information provided by the company to the BSE, the fire broke out during the trials at the new manufacturing facility. One person was injured and has been hospitalised. The official said production has not been hit at the other facility in Cuddalore.
