The Committee of Creditors of debt-ridden Bhushan Steel will meet today to take up the resolution plan of the highest bidder Tata Steel. The NCLT has asked the panel to consider the Bhushan Steel employees' objections over Tata Steel's bid.

Debt-ridden Reliance Communications will hold a meeting with its $300-million bondholders to seek approval for an asset monetisation proposal. The meeting was to have been held on March 6 and was postponed for want of quorum. The Anil Ambani company plans to make partial redemption of bonds at face value. The bonds, maturing in 2020, were issued in May 2015 at 6.5 per cent interest.

Congress President Rahul Gandhi will begin a two-day tour across the coastal districts of poll-bound Karnataka from today. This is his third visit to the State after taking over as party chief. He will visit Udupi, Dakshina Kannada, Chikmagalur and Hassan districts where he will be addressing various public meetings.
