L&T Metro Rail Hyderabad Limited has begun to see roll out of its transit-oriented development project.
The company has operationalised the Hyderabad Next Galleria mall developed by it over the parking area of Hitec City metro station as part of metro project. Other similar projects are expected to be commissioned in a phased manner.
Spread over two acres and with a built up area of about 2 lakh sft, the mall has been positioned as a ‘Premium Family Destination Mall’.
Hyderabad Next Galleria houses a unique tenant mix of 66 leading international and national brands including PVR, Max, Pantaloons, Trends (by Reliance) and Reliance Digital.
The PVR cinema offers an exclusive experience to customers through its premium ICON format, the first of its kind in Hyderabad.
The mall will also soon have a large 400-seat food court that will be operated by Urban Asia. It will feature a host of different national and international cuisines.
