Ravi Maruthachalam, Assistant Professor at the School of Biology, Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER)-Thiruvananthapuram, has been awarded the DuPont 2014 Young Professor Award.
He received the award from Ranjan Patnaik, Director, DuPont Knowledge Centre, Hyderabad. The DuPont programme is designed to help promising young and untenured research faculty members working in areas of interest to DuPont. Maruthachalam has a PhD from the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology, Hyderabad.
