Telangana Chief Minister, K Chandrashekar Rao, has inducted 10 Ministers into his Cabinet, taking the total number to 11.

S Niranjan Reddy is tipped to be the Finance Minister, while Ch Malla Reddy is likely to get the energy portfolio. Eatala Rajender, who was the first finance minister of Telangana, is likely to get the welfare portfolio.

Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan administered the oath of office and secrecy to the new ministers at a brief function held at the Raj Bhavan on Tuesday.

The others who took oath today were Koppula Eashwar, T Srinivasa Yadav, Prashant Reddy, G Jagdish Reddy, Errabelli Dyakar Rao, Indrakaran Reddy and Srinivasa Goud.

KCR's son, K T Rama Rao, and his nephew, T Harish Rao, were not included in the list today, raising eyebrows.

Chandrashekar Rao was sworn in as Chief Minister on December 14. The lone Minister to take oath that day was Mohammad Mahmood Ali. He was given the home portfolio.

The unprecedented delay in forming a full-fledged Cabinet attracted sharp criticism from the Opposition.

The ruling TRS went for early polls in December last. KCR's strategy paid off, as the party clinched 88 of the 119 seats.
