Kerala Statistical Institute will be strengthened as a centre of excellence in the fields of surveys, studies and research in socio-economic sector, according to KK Jose, its new president.
It will seek to tie up with national and international organisations for this, he said while addressing the board of directors.
PC Jain is the Executive Chairman of the reconstituted board and VM Sunanda Kumari, Executive Director. S Rajasekhar will be the Secretary.
