Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy will inaugurate APREDA Property Show 2012 being held on Saturday and Sunday.

Hosted by the real estate body Andhra Pradesh Real Estate Developers Association (APREDA), it has brought together developers on a common platform providing potential customers an opportunity to interact directly, compare various options, and take informed decisions.

The event is being held at Hitex for the third time in succession. The annual event will have participation from over 188 developers and service providers, including housing finance companies, material manufacturers and interior designers.

Developers will showcase property ranging from Rs 4 lakh in the affordable segment to Rs 4 crore. Last show had registered over 40,000 visitors and organisers expect this number will go up past the 5,000-mark.

The show will see more than 15 banks taking part in the property show which will enable prospective buyers an opportunity to discuss and consider the best possible competitive loan option. Developers too will offer attractive prices coinciding with the event.

For easy navigation, APREDA will provide a map locator which will aid the visitors to identify the location of the projects. The map locator will make it simple for the visitor.

The show has also come up with attractive prizes and lucky dip with bumper prize of Honda Brio car, and others including JBL home theatre system, bikes, refrigerators, TV sets and gold and silver coins every two hours.

The APEDA event comes within a week of similar mega show by CREDAI where CM had announced intent to come up with sops.
