The Krishna river management board has allocated water to both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana as per water availability.
At a high-powered meeting held today at New Delhi, the board has allocated 512 tmc to Andhra Pradesh and 299 tmc to Telangana out of 811 tmc made available as per the tribunal award basing it on 75 per cent dependability, Government sources said.
Further, from Nagarjunasagar, Andhra Pradesh was allocated 164 tmc and Telangana 100 tmc respectively.
