Lalithaa Jewellery will open its eighth outlet at Oppanakara street in Coimbatore on April 20.
The 20,000 sq feet, four-storeyed store will be one of the biggest outlets in South India, M Kiran Kumar, Chairman and Managing Director of Lalithaa Jewellery said.
The jewellery store has established its presence in Chennai, Madurai, Trichy, Puducherry, Kumbakonam, Ramanathapuram and Bengaluru.
It is gearing up to expand its footprints in the neighbouring State of Andhra Pradesh with outlets at Tirupathi and Vishakapattinam, in the next three months.
As a goodwill gesture, on the occasion of the inauguration of the outlet here, the jeweller plans to offer a one-per cent reduction on wastage charges across its entire range of gold jewellery between April 20 and 26, he said.
Kumar is confident of achieving a daily turnover of ₹7-8 crore from the outlet. The investment on this establishment is estimated at ₹175 crore.
“Our unique pricing and lowest wastage charges will enable our customers to save substantially with every purchase. The Lalithaa brand aims at catering to the middle-class buyer and the elite alike without compromising on quality, while giving value for money,” Kumar emphasised.
