The National Consumer Helpline received a total of 12,088 calls during February. In addition, 2,034 complaints were received through the online complaint system. The maximum calls were received from Delhi (2,705) followed by Uttar Pradesh (2,047) and Maharashtra (1,424), an official release said here on Friday. The lowest number of complaints was recorded in Punjab (417) and West Bengal (482). The highest number of complaints were regarding the telecom sector (19 per cent), followed by e-commerce, electricity and broadcasting.
