Phoenix Mills has launched ‘One Bangalore West’, its largest residential project in Rajaji Nagar.
The project comprises nine high-rise towers and luxury development with saleable area of approximately three million sq ft. The project is being executed by an SPV in which Phoenix holds 70 per cent and IL&FS owning the remaining stake.
The first phase of the project comprises five 29-floor towers. Excavation for the first three towers is nearing completion and that for the other two is underway. Construction is expected to begin in a month, Phoenix said.
The project has received bookings for 275 apartments worth Rs 530 crore todate. The average basic sale price is over Rs 7,000 per sq ft.
