Prime Minister Nerandra Modi is likely to inaugurate JITO Connect, a three-day mega event hosted by the Jain community, to be held in Chennai during February 23-25.

The eighth edition of the Jain International Trade Organisation (JITO) Connect, an event which sees the convergence of entrepreneurs from the Jain community, is expected to have more than 3,500 delegates from more than 25 countries and from within India and about 1,50,000 participants, according to organisers of the event.

JITO also inducted new members for the Hyderabad Chapter to be headed by industrialist Narendra Surana.

Union Minister Harsh Vardhan was present at the JITO meet hosted here, which saw the induction of new members.

The highlight of this conference would be a separate business-to-business network session, trade displays and a network of franchise operators offering opportunities to explore new areas of business.
