Central Bank of India is organising ‘Ashiyana’, a property exhibition at Pune in view of the forthcoming festival season.
Being held at the New Agriculture college ground, Sinchan Nagar, behind Bhosle Nagar, Range Hills, on November 3 and 4, well-known promoters, developers and builders are participating in this exhibition.
The bank is confident that prospective buyers will benefit from the coming together of a bank and property vendors under one roof.
Central Bank is providing spot in-principle sanction and also housing loan facility at the rate of 10.5 per cent. Further, processing and inspection charges have been waived, while leading builders/developers will offer attractive discounts on spot booking.
