Sharekhan’s education arm, Online Trading Academy, has opened a branch in Bengaluru.
After successfully conducting courses in Mumbai for over seven years, the company has now opened a new centre in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. This expansion plan is designed to cater to the growth in demand for professional training in trading and investing.
Sharekhan’s existing full service branch will be co-located in the new premises alongside OTA in Jayanagar.
Jaideep Arora, CEO, Sharekhan, said “Bengaluru is the third-largest market for Sharekhan in terms of customer base. With growing numbers of customers, it is important that we augment our services to meet their requirements. Given the demographics, it was an obvious choice for OTA to open its first centre outside Mumbai. We will continue to invest here with the aim of educating customers so that they can make informed decisions.”
