Gigo Joseph, CEO of SmartCity Kochi, has resigned after a two-year stint, citing personal reasons. The director board meeting held last week accepted his resignation. “The Board members asked me to continue till the inauguration of the first IT complex which is 95 per cent completed. But I requested the board to relieve me at the earliest owing to personal reasons, and the board accepted,” he said in a press release. Gigo Joseph took over as CEO ofSmartCity Kochi in June, 2013 after a two-year stint as CEO of Infopark, Kochi.
