Start-up incubator T-Hub has launched its first accelerator in the area of health technology. This was announced by its Chief Executive Officer, Jay Krishnan, in a session on entrepreneurship in the pharma biotech conference, BioAsia, here on Wednesday.
To be named as T-Hub Health Tech Innovation Accelerator, it has been launched in partnership with Merck and Microsoft Ventures.
The accelerator will comprise a structured and steady execution plan, growth plan based on experimentation and metrics and well prioritised product plan.
The start-ups operating from the accelerator will further receive mentorship from domain experts and will be connected to a platform to receive investment from institutional ventures, according to a release.
On the occasion, Premanandini Satgunam of LV Prasad Eye Institute, was awarded the BioAsia 2016 innovation award.
