A ‘video on demand’ facility will be launched as an adjunct of the media room in the State assembly on Thursday. This will facilitate the recall and viewing of business conducted in the House to suit one’s specific requirement, an official spokesman said here. Business transacted in the House will be archived as 30-minute capsules and kept in the web archives.
According to the spokesman, clips featuring business being conducted during a given session of the House would be kept until the time when it convenes next. But the budget speech and the governor’s address will be available for viewing for at least one year.
