Kochi-based Voltek Industries has launched a new product called Remote Monitoring Station (RMS) for the electronic equipment services sector.
The product indicates the complaints of all equipments, which work without an operator, to concerned individuals through messages with the help of a GSM modem. It would be ideal for ATM counters, mobile towers etc to provide an uninterrupted services thereby minimising inconvenience to customers, the company’s Managing Partner T.A. Dalfine said.
The product will be launched by State PWD Minister V.K. Ibrahim Kunju on April 9 at Eramallur.
