WE Summit 2015, the first Women Entrepreneurs Summit, being organised by KSIDC will be held here on November 19 at Bolgatty Island.
The one-day event will be for successful women entrepreneurs, who are in a position to scale up their activities. More than 1,000 invited women entrepreneurs from the State are expected to attend the summit.
The inaugural session will be followed by sectoral sessions during which the participants will be able to interact with industry stalwarts, government officials, research institutes, experts from various fields and successful technopreneurs.
M. Beena, Managing Director, KSIDC told reporters here that the one to meeting with women entrepreneurs across sectors will help them identify the areas of opportunities. They would also be able to meet e-commerce experts and explore opportunities to tie up with global retail major like Wallmart.
The summit will be inaugurated by the State Chief Minister, Oommen Chandy. The State Industry Minister, P.K. Kunhalikutty will preside.
