Realty player The 3C Company along with Orris infrastructure will develop an upcoming green residential project in Gurgaon.
The company hopes to mop up Rs 2,250 crore as project value realisation. Backed by private equity player Red Fort Capital, The 3C Company along with Orris, will develop the project ‘Greenopolis’ in two phases. In the first phase, the company will develop 1700 units of the total 2,317 units. Greenopolis will be priced at Rs 5250 per sq ft. While Orris has invested in the land, The 3C Company along with Red Fort will invest in the 47-acre mixed use project.
The 3C Company has Rs 1500 crore investment from Red Fort Capital for various projects it is developing.
All three companies declined to give investment details and revenue share arrangement. Mr Bharadwaj said 3C Company would have 65 per cent share while Orris 35 per cent.
