The project promoted by Brys Group will house 285 high-end luxury residential units. Brys Group promoted by Rahul Gaur, said the apartments are priced between Rs 3 crore and Rs 9 crore. He said Brys Group has been promoted exclusively to cater to the luxury residential and hospitality segment.
The project is slated to be completed by 2016 and will host 3-, 4-, 5-, 6-BHK apartment plus villas on a 10-acre land. The company has earmarked Rs 1,000 crore to develop 285 premium apartments over the next four years. It will fund this amount through a mix of internal accruals, cash flows from the sales of flats and bank loans, he added. The sizes of the apartments will vary between 3,000 sq ft and 8,650 sq ft, he added.
