Avalon Group announces the launch of Its biggest project in Bhiwadi.
The 1,100 flats project, spread over 15 acres, is estimated to have a sale value of Rs 400 crore. The company said the average price would be Rs 2,300 to Rs 2,600 per square feet.
The Royal Park project in Bhiwadi is likely to be completed in 3 years. The company said infrastructure around the area, such as schools and malls, are driving up prices. The project will be about 45 minutes from Dhaula Kuan in Delhi.
