The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India, the apex body representing private Real Estate developers in the country, will host the 13th Natcon 2013 meeting at The Ritz Carlton, Moscow on July 27-28.
The meeting will be attended by Girija Vyas, Housing Minister, Arun Mishra, Housing Secretary, Anshuman Magazine, CBRE Chairman, David Cockerton, SinoGulf Real Estate Investments LLC among others.
The event will see participation from over 800 delegates including developers representing more than 100 cities from India will come together on a common platform.
Based on the agenda of “Realty favours the brave -- Surviving against all odds” the convention will aim to showcase and debate what the industry can do, in order to take on the challenges including access to capital and in combating the odds.
Lalit Kumar Jain, Chairman of Credai, in a statement said, “While we discuss current challenges like regulator, we will also see innovative funding, instruments and technology; the overall focus will be on charting out a new direction.”
The presence of Minister Housing and Secretary Housing along with other dignitaries is certainly going to make the entire environment charged.
The Credai represents over 9,000 developers through 134 cities and 20 State/city level member associations across the country.
