FairPro 2013, the flagship property fair of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India, will be held between February 22 and 24 in Chennai.
Over 70 leading builders will showcase more than 250 residential projects. Houses ranging from Rs 15 lakh to Rs 10 crore will be on offer at the fair being organised at the Chennai Trade Centre.
The exhibition will offer prospective home buyers a comprehensive snapshot of the Tamil Nadu property market as a whole. All the properties showcased at FairPro 2013 are pre-approved by financial institutions, Sandeep Mehta, President, Credai, said.
