Peerless Developers Ltd , a 100 per cent subsidiary of Peerless General Finance and Investment Company Ltd, on Tuesday announced the appointment of Jayanta Roy as the new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
Roy assumed charge on September 1.
Roy was previously the director of financial products distribution of the parent company.
