Patel Realty has launched Smondo, an integrated residential project in the IT hub of Gachibowli in Hyderabad.
The project is spread across four acres and consists of 180 apartments in Phase I. In the phase II another 180 apartments will be developed.
The average size of apartments at Smondo Gachibowli ranges from 990 sq. feet to 1,435 sq. feet. These are being presented as new age homes--compact and yet loaded with smart features.
“Over 900 units of Smondos were sold out in just three months of its launch in Bengaluru. In comparison, we sold over a 100 units over the 2 days of the launch in Hyderabad” Pravin Malkani, Managing Director, Patel Realty India Ltd.
