Shriram Properties, the property development arm of Shriram Group, has bagged the award for ‘Best Developer in Southern Region for the second successive year 2014’ and “Best Realty Investment Partner in India” by The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (Assocham).
This is the second consecutive year that Shriram Properties has received the prestigious award in recognition of its contribution to the Indian real estate sector.
Union Urban Development and Housing Minister M Venkaiah Naidu presented the two awards to M Murali, Managing Director, Shriram Properties, at the seventh Real Estate Summit organised by Assocham in New Delhi recently.
