Tata Housing Development Company Ltd on Wednesday said prospective buyers can book a home at its New Haven Compact project in Ahmedabad for Rs 5 lakh and pay the remaining money on possession.
Smart Value Homes Ltd, a 100 per cent subsidiary of Tata Housing focusing on affordable homes, has designed this festive offer. The company is offering flexible financial payment options to turn the buyers’ aspirations into a reality, according to a company release here.
The offer will be valid right through the festive season until November 5.
The homes which start at Rs 16 lakh will have no premium charged at all, said Pawan Sarda, Marketing Head, Smart Value Homes.
The New Haven Compact is part of an integrated township project designed by the internationally renowned architectural firm HoK of the USA. It is built on a 135-acre, integrated sustainable township of mid-range affordable housing in Ahmedabad and inspired by the architecture of Gujarat.
