Adarsh Group, a Bengaluru-based developer, has launched three new projects located in North Bengaluru. “The launch will see the company make significant additions to its residential portfolio. Out of the three properties launched, two will comprise solely of luxury villas whereas the third will consist of apartments for the mid-income segment,” said B M Jayeshankar, Chairman and Managing Director of Adarsh Group.
Projects spread over a combined area of about 22 acres, the properties are located off Hennur main road. Adarsh Tranqville will consist of 106 premium villas, which encompasses 3 and 4 BHK units spread across 3,203 to 4,858 square feet respectively.
Similarly, Adarsh Wisteria will comprise of 24, 3 and 4 BHK villas covering over 4.1 acres of land, with each unit about 2,252 to 3,695 square feet in size. The third property, Adarsh Pinecourt, will contain a total of 201 apartments and customers can choose from 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK and 3 BHK apartments with areas ranging from 1,172 to 1,847 square feet respectively.
“The infrastructural design of all the three projects will follow Adarsh Group’s philosophy of “delivering exceptional quality homes that enhance customer lifestyle and provides happiness that sustains for generations,” explained Jayeshankar.
