The Kochi-based Skyline Builders has won the CREDAI Real Estate award 2012 for its the Imperial Gardens, Kaloor project.
Skyline came first nationally in the best residential project non-metro category in the country, Abdul Azeez, CMD, Skyline Builders said in a statement.
Skyline has a CRISIL rating of DA2. The company has already delivered over 10 million sq ft built-up area in various parts of the State.
