Brigade Enterprises Ltd’s profit (after minority interest) on a consolidated basis are up 8 per cent at ₹68 crore for the second quarter (Q2) of FY 2018-19 as against ₹63 crore recorded in the same period last year.
The company’s income from operations is also higher by 19 per cent to ₹844 crore as against ₹708 crore in the same period last year. Earnings Per Share (EPS) for Q2 stood at ₹5.02 compared with ₹3.01 last year.
The real estate business aggregating to over 0.8 million sq ft was sold during Q2, an increase of 88 per cent over the previous quarter.
The total sale value for Q2 was ₹460 crore, an increase of 110 per cent over the previous quarter. The company achieved an average price realisation of ₹5,719 per square foot.
